Group Coaching and Custom Workshop Facilitation

Group coaching involves a single coach working with a group of managers, executives, or an intact team. This type of coaching gives members of the group the opportunity explore their effectiveness and stretch beyond their current abilities in the context of their everyday work challenges to improve team performance.

In some cases, it may be appropriate to introduce new topics, concepts or ideas through a team workshops. During these workshops a neutral facilitator, with no stake in the outcome of the workshop, enables a group to work together to achieve an agreed goal, whether that be solving a problem, building a plan, gathering requirements or make a decision. Workshop topics may include but are not limited to:

  • Lumina Learning

  • Strategic planning (Mission, Vision, Values, Objectives)

  • Employee performance management

  • Team communication
